This was the worst pedicure I’ve ever had here; the girl didn't even spend 15 minutes on my feet. I was uncomfortable, so I asked if she could adjust the chair—I don't know if she didn't understand me or what—but they spent more time on my daughter and did a cleaner job on her, even though she has smaller feet. I am never coming back to this place. 🤮
I don't get my nails and feet done often but when I do I go to Allure. Well today was the last time I'll be visiting. I felt like I was being punished for not getting gel polish. I got a simple mani/pedi. I arrived at 11:55am did not leave until after 2pm. Nails still wasn't dry due to a pocket size fan trying to dry both my hands. I spend $91.00. tax included. I have to go home and fix my feet cause they wasn't dry either apparently when she told me to put my shoes on. Never again. I still left a 9 dollar tip just because of who I am. Did all salon do away with the feet and nail dryers for regular polish? I'm just curious.
Not sanitary & rude owner. Charged me $44.40 for removing my gel polish & roughly cutting my nails. Used an already used file on my nails and told me that’s normal. That’s disgusting. Mind you, look at my cuticles & nail shape as they were about to just polish these up and send me on my way. When I pushed back on this, I was told they’ve been here 20 years and they don’t use fresh files. She offered for me to get my nails shaped again, however, if you’re making note you don’t use fresh files and I’m watching as your techs also don’t use gloves.. why would I want to continue service with you? You can get diseases and contact dermatitis from this behavior. These are practices that are advertised against. I asked how much I had to pay to leave and they made me pay for an entire manicure even though I obviously didn’t leave with one. Inconsiderate and just rude. Don’t go here.
I’ve been going here for years upon years. I love Jenny, but I don’t know what’s going on. I try to get a pedicure. The water is cold. The girl cuts me every time in the same spot. It only takes her about 15 minutes to do the whole pedicure it’s not relaxing. You have to ask them to scrub your feet. You have to ask him to use the greater to get the skin off and then you get your nails done in it’s like you tell me you want medium, but this shape it comes out another shape. It’s just when I like to get a pedicure in my nails done. I want to feel relaxed and enjoy myself. It’s just rush in and out and then when you try to pay with a vanilla gift card, they don’t take that then it becomes a problem. I think this nail place went downhill. I don’t understand why it’s $150$ to get a pedicure and a full set nails plain one color
I went to Allure Nails for what I thought would be a simple manicure. Instead, I got a front-row seat to a horror show starring the manager, who apparently moonlights as a amateur butcher. This woman butchered my nails not once, but TWICE. She filed, clipped, and dug so aggressively that my fingers were literally bleeding. I was visibly wincing in pain with every stroke, and she just kept going like she was carving a Thanksgiving turkey and I was the turkey. Zero pause, zero “are you okay?”, zero care. It was like my comfort was personally offending her. When she finally finished (after making my hands look like they’d been through a wood chipper), I left exactly zero tip. Not sorry. Needless to say, I will never be returning. The whole experience felt straight-up ghetto. If you value your fingertips and your sanity, do yourself a favor and drive right past this place. My nails still haven’t recovered, and neither has my faith in “professionals.”
